We’re PARABLE Brand. We are a brand strategy company based in Austin, Texas, and we're on a mission to simplify brand strategy so that companies can increase employee engagement and client retention. 

What is a brand without its people and what is a brand without the people it serves? A disconnected brand is like wandering in a wilderness of sameness and confusion. 

What's this have to do with the cactus? 

Well, think about it this way; if you feel like you're in a desert, maybe a wilderness, per se, in your business, strategy, and thought processes, we want to encourage you. There is a promised land in sight. 

That Promised Land is really stepping into your true brand-authentic identity. What does that really mean? Well, most companies are really just trying to do something better for themselves. Yes, profit is good. Increasing revenue is radically important. You need that for a good business. 

But what we can help you do is get to a place where your brand becomes the promised land for someone else, for the employees & clients that you serve.

What’s new at PARABLE?

We've had a heart, a mission, and a purpose for over two years now, but we really haven't had much of an identity. So, we launched a new podcast to deep dive into kind of the heart of who PARABLE is, and who we serve, and share with you content, resources, and conversations that could get you to your promised land. Not so that you could get there, but so that you could bring other clients and employees into their promised land. 

We want to share with you as we launch our revised brand story. Now, when we talk about brand strategy, think about stories. You operate your life on the basis of stories every single day. Your brain is telling stories. You're telling yourself a story. You're living in a story from when you grew up to where you are now. The people you serve are also living in those stories as well. 


Business isn't just transactional. It has the opportunity, through proper brand strategy, to be transformational. And that's what we're here to do today. 



The PARABLE Brand Story

Most people think stories of treasure begin with a map. But really, they begin with an idea, a vision. Hope for a better future. Once that spark is lit, the fire ignites our brand story: the starting foundations and basics about how to achieve this vision and mission. They encompass purpose and the values you set out on your journey for in the first place. 

If you dig deep enough, you realize that idea, spark, or vision you had all started because of a major problem we encountered. Your recon and research tell us one thing: you’re the solution… but for whom? That’s where your journey’s map truly unfolds. Your ideal client is revealed as the problem looms. It was worse than you thought, you need help.

So, you had the local saloon. Talking it up with the key employees, you bring them in on the journey. Swapping stories, you realize the next best step is hearing out your current key clients. These interviews prove to be priceless. 

Like the local cacti, you see along the way, your goal is to write a brand story and strategy that lasts for over 200 years. This is the treasure your journey leads you to. It’s protective, consistent, adaptive, and impactful, but foundationally inspires the people you hire and serve.
